Job responsibilities:

1. Process improvement;
2. Work instruction improvement including recipe improvement;
3. Product quality improvement;
4. New product development;
5. Arranging trial production for new raw material and new product;
6. Follow and promote HESQ policies & guidelines;
7. Reduce waste generation;
8. Instant and timely report to Production Manager;
9. Dealing with the production emergency.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduation from university with major work in chemical
2. More than 3 years working experience in rubber industry
3. Operation for Labo. mixer & open roll
4. English (writing, reading & speaking)
