Job Responsibilities:

1. Draft relevant HSE regulation;
2. Conduct safety spot check;
3. Contact local authorities under the instruction of HESQ Manager;
4. Conduct safety overall training;
5. Formulate MSDS;
6. Take part in hazards analysis;
7. Investigate/report incidents and accidents;
8. Follow -up relevant safety corrective actions;
9. Conduct local authorities under instruction of HESQ regarding HES matters.

Job Requirements:

1. University degree;
2. At least 3 years working experience on HSE or chemist in Chemical plant;
3. Special training on HSE register safety engineer certificate is preferred;
4. Familiar with ISO 9000 and 14001;
5. Interpersonal, communication, cooperation, organizational skills;
6. English skills-reading, written.
