质量管理专员
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support on AprilStar (customer complaint management system) for Asia Pacific region, including training delivery, guidance for regional system users, promote the effective utilization of the system, support regional business leaders to improve customer satisfaction based on the system, etc.
- Coordinate with various department and business unit of LCSC/LIT/LST including affiliated labs on ISO9001 Quality Management System to improve the existing system and create more business value from the system. Act as the team leader to pass the external audit and get certificate successfully.
- Deliver quality management training, monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, organize internal audit and management review. Assist high management to establish quality objective, communicate coporate quality expectation and strategy to functions and subsidiaries.
- Lead the expanding to more department and functions on aforementioned system, as well as new system establishment on quality, environmental, and social accountability management.
- Other ad hoc department task assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements:
- University, with degree on chemical related discipline
- 3-5 years as quality assurance specialist in chemical industry
- Be familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001, good at manage customer complaint.
- Good organization and coordination skill
- Good oral English
- Basic IT skill, with good ability to learn new system use
- High quality sense, Customer service oriented, System thinking
- Have experience to independently lead the ISO9001 third-party audit. Certificates on ISO9001 auditor and ISO14001 auditor are the plus.
