生产主管

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participating in overall production planning;
2. Organizing and improve safety and efficient production;
3. Regular plant inspection;
4. Process improvement；
5. Arranging trial production;
6. Continually Improvement of products in cooperation with R&D and Application Technology;
7. Instant and timely report to Production Manager;
8. In charge of production personal matters and main responsible regarding trainee and education program of workers;
9. Dealing with the production emergency;
10. Cost controlling and cost improvement;
11. Define manufacturing procedures, working and safety instructions.

Job Requirements:

1. Graduation from university with major work in chemical;
2. More than 3 years working experience;
3. Considerable (chemical and basic technical) knowledge of principles and practice of manufacturing management and leadership;
4. English (reading, writing & conversation).
