Job Responsibilities:

  1. Make up various of maintenance plans and schedules for the plant and company facilities, instruct and supervise the maintenance group to fulfill the plans, to ensure efficiency and capacity of those facilities.
  2. Stipulate the year-end maintenance program of mechanical and electrical facilities to ensure their smooth running.
  3. Assist the production manager to control the maintenance cost within budget, including localize sourcing of some imported spare parts.
  4. Organize repairing & troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical facilities timely 5. Establish safety spare parts stock, responsible for plant facility maintenance (e.g air-condition, power /water supply system, elevator, etc.)
  5. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  1. University graduate, major in machinery or engineering
  2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience, 1 year on management position
  3. Practical skills in plant equipment/facilities maintenance
  4. fluent in speaking, reading and writing
  5. Familiar with Autocad, MS office.
