Job Responsibilities:

  1. Be responsible to assist GM by taking administrative responsibility to ensure efficient operation of GM office and provide satisfactory secretarial services;
  2. Organize meetings & travels as required;
  3. Independently prepare and maintain presentations;
  4. Contact and coordinate with both internal BU and external customers;
  5. Assist in other supporting work when assigned the superior.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree, major in business administration or equivalent qualification, TEM-8 holders are preferable;
  2. 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in multinational company;
  3. Communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and organizational skills, ability to present information to senior management in a user-friendly, precise and concise manner;
  4. Fluent English;
  5. Excellent in MS office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
  6. Mature and able to work independently with self-initiatives.
