Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible to assist GM by taking administrative responsibility to ensure efficient operation of GM office and provide satisfactory secretarial services;
- Organize meetings & travels as required;
- Independently prepare and maintain presentations;
- Contact and coordinate with both internal BU and external customers;
- Assist in other supporting work when assigned the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, major in business administration or equivalent qualification, TEM-8 holders are preferable;
- 2-3 years relevant working experience, preferably in multinational company;
- Communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and organizational skills, ability to present information to senior management in a user-friendly, precise and concise manner;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent in MS office, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
- Mature and able to work independently with self-initiatives.
