Job Responsibilities:

1. Continuous monitoring of competitors activities in a tracking system;
2. Develop competitors profile and analysis;
3. Conduct competitors benchmarking;
4. Perform China 5 Yeas Plan analysis associated with LANXESS businesses;
5. Liaise with relevant chemical associations;
6. Formulate in-dept analysis into the China chemical industry to identify future trends and growth opportunities;
7. Assist Head of DEV, China in corporate development tasks;
8. Adhoc projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have worked in a multi-national corporation for at least 2 to 3 years, with qualification in chemistry
2. Experience in performing marketing research and corporate development related tasks
3. Well written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
4. Able to create presentation and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
5. Self starter and capable of working independently
6. Education-Bachelor Degree is required.
